United Nations honored Kerala Health Minister KK Selja


It has been decided to honor Kerala State Health Minister KK Selja at the United Nations for his efforts to combat the coronavirus epidemic and control mortality in the state. Kerala is the first state in India where several cases of coronavirus were seen which were handled very well by the state health minister.Along with this, he has also been invited to speak with other leaders from all over the world on the occasion of United National Public Service Day.


Madhya Pradesh Government Launches: "Kill Corona Campaign"


The Government of Madhya Pradesh launched the Kill Corona Campaign to control the coronavirus in the state. Under this campaign a door-to-door survey will be conducted in Madhya Pradesh in which a total of 2.5 lakh tests will be conducted and 15000 to 20000 samples will be collected daily. According to the Madhya Pradesh Health Department, the capacity of testing in the state will be increased from 4 lakh per 10 lakh people to 8000 per ten lakh people.


Lazarus Chakvera became the new President of Malawi country


Lazarus Chakvera has been appointed as the new President of Malawi country. Chakvera won the election of the President of Malawi country with 58.57 percent of the vote. Malawi's 18 million people have chosen Zakavera as national president for the next 5 years as the country's president.


3700 crores given by World Bank to India under STAR program


The World Bank gave India a loan of Rs 3700 crore under the STAR program to improve education. The sanctioned loan will benefit 10 million teachers and 250 million school students in 1.5 million schools in 6 states of India. These 6 Indian states are Rajasthan, Odisha, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. The full form of STARS is 'Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States Program'. The loan has a final maturity of 14.5 years, with a grace period of 5 years under this initiative.
