Anandiben Patel assumes additional charge of Governor of Madhya Pradesh


Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel was given additional charge of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh due to the treatment of the current Governor of Madhya Pradesh Lalji Tandon in Lucknow. QIS carried out battery swapping facility in Chandigarh

Naval fleet joins advanced class torpedo decoy system "Marich"


Indigenously developed advanced anti-torpedo decoy system "Marich" by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) was included in the Indian Navy fleet. In the Navy, torpedoes are used for locating warships and steak information about their location.The induction of indigenously built "Maricha" into the Indian Navy has proved to be a major incentive to make the country self-reliant under the Make in India initiative. Bharat Electronics Limited will complete the production of this decoy system.


Michele Martin becomes Ireland's new Prime Minister


Michael Martin was appointed as the new Prime Minister of the country of Ireland. Martin won the election of Prime Minister of Ireland by securing 93 votes out of the total 160 seats in the Parliament. Michael Martin took the position of "Fianna Feel" leader.


PhonePe ties up with ICICI Bank for UPI multi-bank model


PhonePe has signed an important MoU for its consumers to create IDs and use the back up facility through ICICI Bank and Yes Bank's UPI Multi Bank Mortal through the PhonePe app. After this agreement, PhonePe customers will be able to experience payment in an easy and secure manner through their UPI ID.
